Company Incorporation Cost Calculator (ACRA Fees)

Short answer

ACRA charges S$15 to reserve a name and S$300 to register a company — S$315 in total. A sole proprietorship or LLP costs S$115 (S$15 name + S$100 registration). This tool totals the official government fees for your structure; corporate service provider fees are separate.

Official ACRA feesS$315

Government fees only. Corporate service provider, company secretary, nominee director, registered-office and accounting charges are not included and vary by provider. Foreign founders must engage a registered filing agent to incorporate.

Based on ACRA service & transaction fees. As of October 2026.

How it is calculated

The total is the sum of ACRA’s fixed, published fees for your structure:

  • Company (Pte Ltd): S$15 name application + S$300 company registration = S$315. Optional extras you can add are the S$50 Certificate of Incorporation and the S$60 annual return. (Source: ACRA — Companies fees.)
  • Sole proprietorship / partnership: S$15 name application + S$100 (1-year) or S$160 (3-year) registration. (Source: ACRA — Sole proprietorships & partnerships fees.)
  • LLP: S$15 name application + a one-time S$100 registration = S$115.

Each additional name attempt adds another S$15, because a rejected or withdrawn name application is not refunded.

Worked example (illustrative)

A founder registering a Pte Ltd uses one name application and buys the optional Certificate of Incorporation: S$15 + S$300 + S$50 = S$365 in government fees. If they also file the first annual return, add S$60 for S$425. These figures are ACRA fees only; any corporate service provider package would be quoted on top.

Limits of this estimate

This covers government fees only. It does not price a corporate service provider, company secretary, nominee resident director, registered-office service or accounting — those are commercial charges that vary by provider, and we don’t quote them. It also excludes licence fees for regulated activities. For the current official fees, always check ACRA’s fee schedule.
