Affiliate disclosure

Some pages may, in future, carry affiliate or lead links to services such as incorporation, corporate-secretary or accounting firms. If you sign up through them we may earn a commission or referral fee at no extra cost to you. This is a common way independent sites fund their work.

What this does not change

We are not a corporate service provider and do not represent any single firm. Paid relationships never change the fees, rules or comparisons we show — those always come from official sources with an "as of" date. On any page that mentions a paid service, we also show the official do-it-yourself route on ACRA's BizFile and present at least two options, so you can decide for yourself.

Your data

If we ever add a lead form that passes your details to a third-party provider, we will say so clearly and ask for your consent first, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

Current status

We are not currently running any affiliate or lead links. When we add them, affected pages will carry a visible disclosure, in line with the Singapore Advertising Standards Authority (ASAS) guidelines.
