You likely qualify for EDGE support under Automation & Digitalisation.

Up to 50% of eligible costs.

Adopt digital solutions, enterprise systems, automation or pre-scoped equipment (the lane that succeeded PSG). As an SME you may receive up to 50% of eligible costs, within a shared S$100,000 annual grant cap (of which up to S$30,000 can go to single-function digital solutions, integrated enterprise systems and pre-scoped equipment). Support is on a reimbursement basis — apply before starting work or paying a supplier.

Find the specific activity on the EnterpriseSG EDGE page or BizSG, then apply via the Business Grants Portal (BGP) with Corppass.

A rule-based guide to the EDGE Grant, which replaced EDG, PSG and MRA for new applications from 30 Sep 2026. Not an application, approval or guarantee. Annual cap S$100,000 per company (S$30,000 sub-cap for digital solutions). Confirm current activities and eligibility at EnterpriseSG.

Based on EnterpriseSG — EDGE Grant. As of October 2026. A guide, not an application, approval or guarantee.

How it is calculated

The finder applies EnterpriseSG’s published EDGE rules:

  • Eligibility gate. EDGE supports a business entity registered and operating in Singapore with at least 30% Singaporean/PR ownership. Non-profits, societies, religious entities, voluntary welfare organisations and government bodies are not eligible.
  • Support rate. Generally up to 50% for SMEs and up to 30% for non-SMEs, rising to up to 70% (SME) and up to 50% (non-SME) for internationalisation and sustainability activities. An SME is a company whose group annual sales are ≤ S$100 million or group headcount is ≤ 200.
  • Business area. Your goal maps to one of EDGE’s business areas — Automation & Digitalisation, Business Strategy, Financial Management, Innovation, Internationalisation, Standards or Sustainability — within a shared S$100,000 annual grant cap (up to S$30,000 for digital solutions and pre-scoped equipment).

Worked example (illustrative)

An SME wanting to expand into Malaysia selects Internationalisation. Because it is an SME and internationalisation is a higher-support area, it may receive up to 70% of eligible costs, within the S$100,000 annual cap, on a reimbursement basis. The finder points it to the EnterpriseSG internationalisation activities and the Business Grants Portal to apply.

Limits of this estimate

This is a rule-based guide, not an eligibility decision. “Up to 50%/70%” are maximums; the actual support level, eligible costs, deliverables and duration are set per activity, and meeting the broad criteria does not guarantee funding. EDG, PSG and MRA closed to new applications on 29 September 2026 — if you have an ongoing project under them, it continues separately. Always confirm the current activity terms on EnterpriseSG before committing any cost.
